Learn to meditate and experience a spectrum of guided meditations

I am truly happy to share my experience from the 21-day journey. I found the sessions extremely useful and enriching. Before joining, I honestly thought it would be a more conventional form of meditation—silence, emptying the mind, and sitting still. However, I was pleasantly surprised to experience new methods of meditation every single day.
The sessions I connected with the most were grounding, spirit animal and guide, and higher self meditations. These helped me feel more connected, calm, and inwardly aware. Chakra healing especially sparked my curiosity and I would love to learn and practice it further. Through these practices, I became aware of certain areas where I felt energy or emotional blocks. This journey helped me realise that meditation is not just about silencing thoughts—it is about looking within, understanding yourself, identifying blockages, and finding calm and peace.
I truly appreciate the thought and intention behind the program. As a suggestion, you could do another program on Chakra healing.
Thank you so much for this beautiful and insightful experience.
